Review on 🎨 Magnetic Chalkboard Drawing Pad for Educational Sketching by James Cypert

This is an addition to my previous review (below). I received a letter from them offering to return the money or replace the product. It was totally unexpected and appreciated! I was impressed by their willingness to solve the problem and am grateful that a new toy is on the way. Definitely deserves 5 stars as this is an amazing toy! Thanks very much! Bought it for our granddaughter. It was a hit! The only complaint I have is that the included dry erase marker leaves marks on the whiteboard. The marks easily disappear with whiteboard cleaner, but are never completely removed. Too bad I couldn't just replace the backplane. I would give the product 5 stars if there wasn't a problem.
