Difficult to separate!
You get a lot for your money. More than half of them stick together in large pieces, and they are not easy to separate. If you're looking for something that is "biodegradable," you don't want 3/4 of it to be biodegradable and the other 1/4 not. The silver hearts are NOT BIODEGRADABLE and I had to remove them all as I was exposing my ground in the park.
