In theory, these pillows aren't that bad. When they arrive they are vacuum packed. The instructions say to let them air out and sit for 2 full days with ALL ZIPPERS OPEN. The first thing to look at is the white pillowcase layer, but the second "zipper" they are talking about is in the OPEN FILLED PILLOW. Since these are memory foam cubes, they are all static and will stick to the sides of the pillowcase, they will float up and stick to your hands, and you cannot remove them due to the static. It also says you "can still use them at the same time", which NO you can't because if you leave all the zippers open even if you walk past them, or if a fan is blowing near them, the stuffing will fall out, let alone when you put your head on it. I've tried putting them in the air dryer with no heat for a few hours at a time to give them some extra charm. literally nothing. Half of the filling is nice and soft and the other half looks like it was cut from a hard compressed piece that just won't swell because of the hard pieces inside. hard corners on details. It's just not comfortable at all. Also, they have to be filled enough so you can remove some if you want them to be less full, but they don't inflate to fill my pillowcases, so that's not even an option. Bring them back and look for other memory foams that have better filling. As said, they don't fill pillowcases well, they look old and deflated, they are soft when squeezed, but the sharp edges of the filler can be felt. not a fan
