Headphones lasted 2 years. I bought the headphones in October 2018 and last week they finally died. I recommend to anyone looking for cheap headphones. The sound quality was excellent. Battery life was excellent. They sit securely even on long and strenuous runs. I worked with them about 4 times a week on average. So I'd say considering how many times I've used them, how they lasted 2 years and the price, it's worth it! The only downside is the cable jack that plugs into either earbud. I wouldn't buy another pair of wired headphones. It may sound crazy, but I didn't care that I was involved. I bought another brand that cost more than $$ but they don't have a cord and I'm much happier.
