Review on ProCase Pencil Holder Generation Black by Jamel Ochoa

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A lightweight. feels fragile and has minimal protection

Just got this for my 2021 iPadPro 12.9 after trying two cases from other brands. The best part is that the case is lightweight which is a big plus after the last case I tried. This case does not cover all edges of the iPad when open. The lid protrudes slightly over the edges when the lid is closed. The main plastic feels brittle so I don't know how much it will protect the iPad. The storage space for the Apple Pencil is on the wrong side to allow the pen to be charged. You can attach the pencil to its charging side, but only with the pencil's magnets - meaning I won't be carrying my iPad and pencil around when the pencil needs to be charged. The kickstand feature seems to work in two positions. UPDATE after another two weeks: The front lid hinge is made of flexible plastic. It crashes when opening. Once fixed by magnets when closed, it is durable. I'll try to update this review as I use the case more often.
