The product itself is very good. Soft material. Not like most shapers. Very practical, except for the two plastic wires on the back. Works a little. I wear medium and the one I ordered was too small to fit! However, the store falsely advertises when they ship your product. There is a note on the packaging that they are sending a free product with a full review. They do NOT ship a free product. They send you email messages so you can go to their Facebook page and join a group. After that, a random profile added me and started texting me non-stop! Even after I didn't reply. **Most of these 5-star reviews are for the free products they are promoting! My advice is to try the Shaper for yourself and get a first hand opinion.
