I got tea as a gift the other day. I boiled water in a separate pot and when I poured it into the cauldron, I noticed that a few pieces were now floating in the cauldron. Then, as I was straining it into another jug, I saw that there was a crack in the bottom under the handle. Very disappointed with this purchase. UPDATE: The seller was very quick to respond to my questions and sent me a new one right away. I really liked their customer service, that alone would make me buy this product again! I am looking forward to getting my new kettle soon!
