This mug is great. It keeps the liquid cold all day long. I don't use it for hot liquids so I can't comment on that. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is because one of the lids (the one with the hinged lid) is difficult to clean. You must rinse and dry it immediately after use to avoid mold growth. I got mold and had to soak it in Clorox solution and then put it in the dishwasher to completely remove the mold. Also, mold is growing on the inside of the black rubber strap (ie around the lid) and under the handle. Therefore, you should take off the handle and dry it and also carefully remove the black rubber band and clean it from time to time.
