I don't usually write reviews but I just received this case and it has a scratch on the center back right from the factory. It is not a stain or blemish as I have tried to clean it to no avail. A new case should not be scratched if properly packaged. Hide phone color. The scratch was unfortunate and I had no intention of taking it from the person I unwrapped it to so it could be returned. I really appreciate Otterbox support being in the spotlight. I have the same iPhone XS Max case and it's great.
