Review on DADAWEN Button Bailey Shoes and Boots for Winter Toddler Boys by Mike Walters

My daughter already had a pair of these boots and she gets so many compliments but the button broke off so I decided to buy a new pair because she loves them. She wore them for a while so I ordered half a size bigger than her. Her boots were marked 25 but the tag inside was handwritten 9 but there are no variations of these boots in these sizes so 25 is 8.5/9 on the size chart. There is so much wrong with the new couple, see photos. Firstly they are broken and have horrible creases both on the sides and front which I don't think can't get out. Also, the shape of the boots doesn't even look right. The right shoe looks like the left shoe. The size is great, I don't even know what size I actually have. I ordered 9.5m but below says 28, I think I should have taken 26 but they measure 7.5 inches which is 31 (13m) according to the size chart. Super confusing and disappointing. You can't do that for 18€, I'll definitely send it back.
