Review on 🪑 Stylish and Practical Linon Claridge Bar Stool in Black: 32" X 18.75" X 13 by John Walker

We ordered 10 of these stools to put under a wooden table on our covered patio. For those who can't figure out that a 32-inch seat height actually means you might need a math oppressor. I realized they were 32 inches and that was what I was looking for and they delivered. I'm not sure if the holes didn't match, but out of all 10 holes, none matched. I'm a woman and have my own tools and it only took 10-15 minutes. each to collect. True and good advice is not to tighten all the screws until all the parts are in place, but to a check claiming that the screws fell out and the chair fell apart, maybe only when you put the screws in with your fingers and have not tightened anything. with a tool. I had no problems, my husband is over 275# and we had no problems with it. They look good and seem reliable and inexpensive. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the customer service. After collecting 9 out of 10 I got to the 10th and all the bars and stretchers were cracked. I did as directed in the package and emailed Lynon customer service to request replacement parts. It was June 15, 2017, I received an email confirming my request. It took me a month to initiate a second email asking where the parts were and was told the email was sent the day after my request in June. Apparently Linon doesn't ask for all the information needed to process an order on a first inquiry. I have provided the required numbers and hope the parts will be shipped quickly. We've had a few parties since June and had to resort to a fancy ballroom chair to secure 10th place. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a high bar stool.
