Review on 🎧 Sennheiser PXC 550 Wireless: Advanced Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Headphones with Touch Control and Long Battery Life by Bambang K Masruri ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good quality product, the price is commensurate with the quality.

In terms of sound, these are typical Sennheisers with twisted upper mids. So much so that the sand begins to pour not only from the guitars, but even from the vocals. Tracks processed with a ladder (97% electronic) start playing past the ears right into the brain, which can be extremely unpleasant if you are not used to it. And if the sounder even slightly missed the clip on the recording, the crack will immediately come out on top of everything. Here someone complains that there is a lot of top, and I would have piled even more. But you can’t because all the settings in the application can only do one thing: completely and completely spoil the sound. Those. headphones with excellent resolution and quite tolerable frequency response start playing like a Chinese fake for $20. The only option is to get used to the standard setting. Yes, those looking for an uncolored sound definitely need to watch something else. For convenience, everything is cool except for the sensor. For example, double-tap (transparent mode) works well if the third time. But if you touch the sensor with your sleeve or palm while removing the headphones, it works with a bang. Landing is certainly not like that of velor buyers, but overall pleasant: you can sit all day without a hint of fatigue or pressured ears. Usability pleases separately: they can play from 2 devices at once (laptop + phone, for example), play via USB and charge at the same time. They turn on and off by turning the cup, not by stupid buttons. Only how to wear them on the street is not very clear, the cups are too big for the neck and the arc is short, and they fold more for show than to reduce the size. Microphones are like that. They say that these are the only full-size earphones that can be fully used as a headset. Well, in general, yes, you can, but no more. In general, they are still better than Sony and jbl's torture bezel, and there is nothing more for this money yet.

Pros
  • Good sound Don't press your head Remember 2 devices at once Can be connected via USB
Cons
  • Half of the gestures on the sensor work through time The audio settings in the app are just banter. Consider they don't exist. Wearing around the neck is uncomfortable due to the arc being too short
