The first one I bought came damaged in the box, the second one I received was also dinged up in the box. The second one was not as bad as the first so I’m just going to keep it. The table itself is very nice and sturdy, it works well, it fits the space, it’s just a real shame that they arrive dinged up or in some cases destroyed.Processing the first return was easy enough, they replaced the table within days, no problems with their customer service or the table itself, but they probably need significantly better protection of the table inside the box. In both cases the box was completely intact and appeared to have no damage.
