I bought a whole new set of balloons because they are so pathetic. If I hadn't filled the balloons, I would have.

The smallest and ugliest balloons ever! It can't be that these balloons are 39 or 34 inches! I went to the dollar store and they were $4.99, their Disney characters were prettier and bigger than what I got. I bought a whole new set of balloons because they are so pathetic. If I hadn't filled the balloons I would have asked for a refund and sent them back! Extremely gone!
