We just bought this camera for my elderly mother who lives alone in the country. I'm not a techie so my sister in law figured out the setup for me. Since my carrier isn't listed, I bought a Freedom Pop Micro SIM card as stated in another review and an SD card as the reviewer said. What confused me was that I figured that because I use a carrier that isn't listed I would have to have another phone and buy a second SIM card (Freedom Pop) in order for them to communicate, but I have to Not. Once the app was installed on my phone and the SIM card and SD card were in the camera we were able to launch the camera which is great! I feel better knowing we can look at the camera at night when someone comes to the door and my mom feels safer than before! There is suspicious activity in her area and she knocks on the door late at night. I am so grateful that someone is making a camera for people who don't have wifi or internet at home as many older people are not of the generation that wants or uses one. Now that I know this camera will work in your area, I have just ordered a solar panel and plan to add another camera in a different area of your property. Thank you Relink!
