Doesn't massage from heel to toe
We bought a SereneLife slfmsg35 foot massager for Christmas. The first few times we used it it was wonderful. After a few uses, the pressure and massage function on the forefoot and toes stopped. We've both used it and the only massage we feel now is on the ankle, arch and heel. The product is advertised as a heel, toe and ankle massager. We read the manual and did everything it said without help.
