My wife and I LOVE this topper! I have an autoimmune condition that has prevented me from lying down for more than four hours due to "contact pressure" pain for the past two years. Of course that's not good. This topper instantly made it possible to sleep eight hours or more without a break! Nothing created by man is suitable for everyone, but it is perfect for us. My wife sleeps MUCH better too and says it's perfect for her too. We have a Queen Casper mattress and the topper fits perfectly. The "tethers" are adjustable and work great. This is one of those "purchases" that 100% make you smile.
