Follow the instructions carefully
Too bad my plumbers didn't work as well as I did when using these products! They applied a coat of sealer and for the next 6 months I got dark water stains every time water was left on it for a few minutes. After using Akemi Cleaner and then applying 2 coats of Akemi Sealer the water now beads up like it should and I no longer have dark spots. I followed the instructions exactly and am very happy with the result.
