Update: I received a very nice message from the company that they apologize for the situation and want to fix the problem. I didn't even ask them to do it, but they did it and fixed the problem right away. It's not often that a company comes to you to fix things. I trust the companies that try harder like this one and will try again soon. I would be happy with these brushes if they lasted a long time. They are soft and I love variety. Lips really aren't worth it. I was hoping they would, but they're not very good. Although I didn't mind much. The glue holding the brush has chipped on every brush I've used. I always wash my brushes about a week before and after use and have never had a problem with them except with this brand. The first brush he did this on I was hoping it would be the right one and I would just take some strong glue and re-tap it. Then it happened to several more. I could even feel a faint connection between them by just wiggling the brush a little. You may feel the top loosen and fall off. I won't be returning them as I've used quite a few of them, but if you decide to buy them, make sure to buy some glue as well. You will need it.
