My husband has to wear shirts every day. He has several metal collared shirts and loves them over the plastic ones. They are definitely thinner than the others but they don't flex and they work. They pop out easily until the collar is folded down and then it does the job! The plastic holder is good for keeping them organized. It would be nice if there was a divider or if they even stamped the metal so you could see the size difference. The price is great for all you get as the signature brand that comes with his shirts is $3 for $15.
