I originally bought a smaller holdall but the backpack straps didn't feel big enough for me so I returned it for the larger one. I was concerned it would be too big to fit under an airplane seat, but it fit perfectly. The best thing about this bag is the ability to switch from backpack to duffel. I mainly use it as a duffel bag for everyday use as the zipper is on the side. When I travel I use it as a backpack. The only downside to this bag is that the front pocket zipper is sometimes difficult to open, but only when the bag is VERY full. All in all I will definitely buy this bag again.
