I was expecting a high quality, super cute backpack. Unfortunately, when I unpacked this backpack, to my surprise, it looked and felt very cheap and poorly made. The top zipper was in three pieces that were out of place, so I had trouble zipping and unzipping the pack. The quilted pattern on the outside is very rough to the touch and many of the seams have become snagged. The backpack itself feels cheap and rough rather than the soft quoted pattern the photos appeared to be. I am very disappointed in this backpack and will look for a much better quality backpack.
