Well I'm very athletic (weightlifters) so I know certain areas like biceps and quads will be too tight for me but I will my waist lose, so proper stretching is important. It doesn't stretch so the waistband is flexible but feels like it will rip as I bend over and transition into a capri as well. The top isn't too bad, it's only really tight in the armpit area, so going up would just make the whole thing bulky and not a better fit. If the buyer is not very short, without curves and without big muscles, do not buy. Cheap and uncomfortable.
