First off, I'm not a sniper and I don't have a large collection of tactical gear. Still, as a tourist, I love it. It appeared quickly. Even though the seam is only on one side, it holds up well. There is a lot of desert here and a lot of heat, so I sweat a lot. Which is important, because if I wash the spark off this thing, it bleeds paint. However, I've washed it several times and it hasn't faded much. When I travel in summer I often use it to protect myself from the sun. In the dry California heat, it's sometimes a good idea to pour some water over it and wrap it around your neck to cool off. Well, as for the Secret Squirrel Sniper mask, I'm sure it will do the job well. I've used it for turkey hunting to break up my profile in thicker foliage and lighter undergrowth when shooting where it was effective as I was harder to spot. Sniper allowed? I'll leave that to the pros (or keyboard warriors). Athlete Approved? Definitive. I have recommended this product to friends and I have several. UPDATE: The new veil I bought last week actually has stitches all over it. So actually pretty cool. Bonus points for that.
