Really wanted this product to work well but.The good- It DOES warm up the water pretty quickly in DIRECT sunlight, and stays fairly warm (pending ambient)- The material it is made of is sturdy enough to be suspended from handle with a full load of 5 gallons but it does "look" like a stretched water balloon that could burst. Have done this at least 3 times as of this write up.The bad- The plug on the top that is used to fill doesn't seal very well and allows water to slowly weep when bag is layed down while full. Although not a big deal it could be an annoyance if you have it pre filled and then layed flat in a trunk, etc for transport and you'll have a nice moist spot.- The flex hose it comes with for the shower head comes folded for storage and has CREASES that don't seem to ever come out which causes kinks which restricts flow.- The free spinning dispenser spigot it comes with is just terrible, just using it without the hose the water flow is very slow due to the very small opening when in the OPEN position. Affix the hose w shower head.forget it. You're dealing with a kinked hose AND a tiny flow cavity in combo = frustration.- Also the spigot doesn't seal very well so water occasionally weeps out very slowly.Overall it does 1/2 the job shown.(stores water/warms) idk if I would buy it again but I did change the spigot with another one I had from a collapsible water bladder, lucky it was the right size and thread so flow works alot better now, except for the terrible flex hose and shower head. It was a nice concept but doesn't work well.*******UPDATE******So 9 days of use proved to be too much for the particular one that I received. The reason I say the "one" is that someone else had a much better experience with theirs. With that said I contacted the seller and they were fantastic and quick to remediate. Great customer service, fast customer reply, and that can make all the difference . Thank you again and I DEFINITELY would shop with this seller again even if this particular product did not satisfy. Bringing my OVERALL rating up from 1 for the product and 2 for the service to 3 stars.
