Review on DJI FPV Goggles V2 - Enhance Drone Racing with Immersive Experience by John Roby

DJI Digital FPV Goggles, very good but the originals are still better

Let's get started I have the original DJI Mavic Pro Goggle and it still outperforms these more expensive digital FPV versions. Therefore only 4 stars, because DJI should rely on the same quality as the original as with this goggle. Now for the good. The screens are large, clear and easy to read. The buttons are easy to access and use. The OSD is easy to scroll through. The fans are noisy but work great. The faceplate is a joke, do yourself a favor and buy a better fitting faceplate. You may have to try a few until you find one you like. Next comes the headband, it's like cheap glasses, try other sets again. NO battery strap, long cable in pocket, what design idiot decided that. Again, do yourself a favor and buy a headband that comes with a battery holder, or just buy a clip on the rear battery mount, which should be included anyway. Interestingly, I need glasses with all my other glasses, but I can do without these. I even have to wear an old pair to get a crystal clear image over my new writings. Darth Maul's antenna looks a little provocative, but an original DJI goggle doesn't exactly make a fashion statement. Overall I'm happy with it, the price is still about $100 more than Fatsharks or Skyzones.
