This is by far the worst computer I've ever had. Its processing speed is slower than that of a computer in a public library or a mobile phone/tablet. My Fire HD tablet is faster and better than this computer. Simply put, this computer is useless. There is a delay with every click. With each task, you can see it loading. If you want to work, forget it. You will be so disappointed with how slow the computer is. You see ALL downloads. Each screen/task will appear one by one. If you want to watch a video in 720 format, forget it. The video will be frozen and buffered. The spinning wheel of death is inevitable. Lower it to 360 and you might have a chance. Even then, depending on the screen size, the image is choppy and too blurry. Moreover, all of the above is a single task. No open tabs or programs. When multiple programs are running, you cannot switch between them. Back to the topic of work, forget about it again. If you want to use Microsoft Word, it can't handle that. You'll be typing and there will be a significant lag, so you won't even have the luxury of seeing what you're typing. I'm by no means a fast typist, about 40 words per minute. As one of the slowest typists, the processing speed of this computer is annoying. Excel? It will be even slower. This is indeed slower than second generation computers (1990s/2000s). Do yourself a favor and save $400 on this computer and spend a few hundred more on a reliable, functional computer/laptop at Staples/Best Buy. Buyer Warning.
