I carry a medium-sized handbag and don't stuff it full. These bands don't hold. These straps are only for small handbags. They work very well without weight and they have very nice straps and are light. They broke several times for me, fell apart due to broken chain links. The company wanted me to send a photo and wait for a shipping voucher. It was too much trouble to return at 10am.
