The BEST mascara if you have monolithic/typically Asian lashes

Let me preface this review by saying I am Asian. I have one eyelid so most mascaras for me tend to never hold curls at the end of the day because the oil on my eyelid pushes the curls down. I was looking for mascara, ANY mascara that could hold my curls to make me look a little more alive. I've watched so many Asian tubers and tried ALL their offerings. Better than sex? Tries. Loreal volumetric paradise? Tries. An explosion of eyelashes from the cover? Maybelline Eyelash Sensation? Shiny eyelash polish? I've tried all of these. Neither of them could hold my curled eyelashes. TIL TODAY. If you have a monolithic eyelid, I strongly advise you to try this mascara. It was the ONLY mascara that held my stubborn Asian lashes. Pair it with the Shu Umera/Shiseido Eyelash Curler (either or) and you won't be disappointed. Believe me. I curl my lashes really well and then apply this and that. Remains. on the. My lashes don't fall out like other mascaras. The photo I posted was taken at 10pm when I was about to remove my makeup. I applied it at 9 o'clock. And my lashes still looked great! Other people say it comes out lumpy, I kind of agree. But if you scrape a little sideways and go in with a light hand, it looks really good. I cannot recommend this mascara enough. The only thing I would like to say is that this is by no means a natural mascara - you will definitely look like you are wearing makeup. And he has fallout and spots under his eyes. Nothing too dramatic, but you should definitely check your lashes from time to time to wipe away any product under your eyes. It's also a bit difficult to remove if you don't have cleaning oil. This formula is too thick for micellar water alone. I cleanse my face twice with an oily cleanser, then with a regular cleanser and it usually removes most of the moisture. If I applied a very heavy amount that day, I need to add more micellar water. It's a bit fiddly, but since this mascara works so well for me, I don't mind the extra steps. Also, I wouldn't recommend using this mascara with a base - the formula is too thick on its own to require a base. TLDR: Works very well for enlarging and lengthening. Highly recommended if you have one eyelid and tend to struggle with your lashes curling.
