The ease of use is fantastic - it's simple to set up and administer, with excellent support from their team too. It also integrates well with other systems we have. We were looking at having an internal system that would allow our staff to self-service themselves so they could access training materials without needing to go through us first. This works really well as you can add your own content or even create your own courses if required. Not sure I'd want all my data stored online though! We're solving several problems here: giving customers more choice about who they speak to when things break; allowing them to train themselves independently (and saving time); improving communication internally by making people feel like part of the team.
