Review on ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Streamlined USB Keyboard and Mouse Combo - Verbatim Slimline Series in Sleek Black Design by Nick Garrett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for money keyboard and mouse combo

I keep one of these as a spare keyboard as I've had no luck with high end mechanical keyboards. I've probably owned 5 or 6 different "gaming" mechanical keyboards from Logitech, Razer and Corsair over the last 6 years which is why I've owned a Verbatim keyboard. Verbatim keeps chugging along happily while these premium keyboards rot in landfills. Is that a great keyboard? no It's the simplest thing imaginable. In fact, the minimum of what can be considered a keyboard. But you know you're buying this when you're buying this, right? It's practically lighter than air, making it a great travel item. It's a solid workhorse that's always there for me when other keyboards let me down. I have a very, very bad habit of constantly spilling water on my keyboards. I take out the Verbatim while they're drying and tend to use them longer than necessary just because they're in perfect condition. It never bothers me so I use it for weeks. I'm actually using it to write this review while my Corsair, which has probably been dry for 3 weeks now, sits idly in the corner awaiting return. In short, you get what you pay for with this keyboard and mouse. Furnished. It's cheap, but easy to maintain and damn reliable. If you just want a cheap replacement keyboard or a keyboard and mouse set for easy travel, don't hesitate to spend $15 for it. This will serve you well, if not elegantly. That's all you could really ask for in a keyboard and mouse combo that costs less than a large pizza.
