Review on 🧼 HASKO accessories - Ultra Powerful Vacuum Suction Cup Soap Dish - Durable Stainless Steel Sponge Holder for Bathroom & Kitchen (Chrome) by Colleen Guaydacan

I've been using HASKO suction hook holders and soap dishes for about 2 years. I have attached hook holders to the glass in 3 showers and they have held up great for 2 years! However, they stick to the outside of my shower so they don't get wet often. My soap dishes are attached to the unglazed tiles in the shower. I used a plastic disc with tape to attach the soap dishes as recommended by HASKO. The shower suction worked great for a year and then started to fail. I was a bit frustrated at first so I contacted HASKO by replying to an email they sent shortly after my purchase from them. I received a reply the same day and am VERY pleased with the customer service results I received. The rep included instructions on how to stick it properly (which I re-read), mentioned that they now include an extra suction cup with every device, explained how soaking the suction cup in warm water before sticking it to a surface would help with suction, and suggested sending out pumps to replace broken ones. I have yet to try soaking the failed suction cups in warm water to see if that brings them back to life as I received the replacement suction cups 2 days after speaking to a rep. I now have backups in case they fail again and I will try to bring the ones that fail back to life by soaking them in water at the right time. Thank you for creating what appears to be the best shower vacuum product and great customer service!
