I did not receive the item I ordered. I ordered a shawl collar bathrobe but received a hooded bathrobe. I kept the item as I needed it immediately. If anyone wanted a hood this item would be great but I HATE them. The item I received over the weekend did the job but I will never wear it again. It said it couldn't be returned once the tag was removed so I lost money I paid for an item I didn't receive. Note to those who order: do not overdo your size. This item works great.
