My husband loves these socks. His physical therapist loves Sox. Except one. When the zipper in socks reaches the upper part of the calf it leaves a mark on his skin which can cause a problem because it is pressed too tight and can cause permanent damage to the epidermis (spelling may be wrong). . His therapist advised him not to pull all the way up, and so far it's worked. It might be possible to design some kind of sock with a cuff that the zipper can't penetrate to help other people solve this problem.
