these light weight paper masks are good for the purpose for which i bought them.which is to add another layer under my cloth reuseable masks. i wouldn't want a heavy mask. i don't think they'd be adequate as the only mask. they tend to pouch out at the sides so they are not flush with the face. i haven't worn one out yet so can't comment on their durability. out of the box they have a slight odor, a bit like straw.02/12/2021these work really well under my washable cotton masks. the metal nose wire holds its shape and seems to have reduced the fogging on my glasses.
