I've tried more expensive waterproof headphones in the past but found I couldn't get them to stay in my ear for more than a few shocks. Others didn't have the little tree-shaped rubber earcups, and I think that was the problem. Each ear canal is a slightly different shape/size but this set contains 3 sizes in the shape of a tree and one of the usual small buds. It turned out I needed the smallest size to fit well, which is probably why the other set didn't fit me. The earhook with a hard plastic piece was a great touch too. Although it came out over my ear after a few laps (I think my ears are about average for sticking out of my head, but if yours are snug against your head you'll probably be fine), I was able to tuck it under mine easily Swimming cap and/or swimming goggles. (People have talked about hiding it along with other types of headphones, but my swimming cap is definitely not going to stay THAT far in my ear for an entire workout.) I swam mostly freestyle with turns for an hour. I had to reconfigure the left one once, but that's it! They were very comfortable! I didn't even realize they were there after a short while. The sound was really incredible. I thought when I'm swimming (bubbles and all) it's so loud I can't hear it because of it, but it's really crystal clear. This isn't a bad thing at all when you're out of the water, but the audio becomes very clear when you're underwater. When I bought them they were about $10 and I was taking a chance. Best $10 yet! The only caveat in this review is that I've only used it once, but if I run into any problems rest assured I'll update this review. (Feel free to leave comments and ask questions).
