I don't really know what to do with this product. Rollerball or roller and they don't which was disappointing. Cons: Because the ends don't curl and because of the material they're made of, the Kansa stick must be used with oil. Otherwise, rubbing against the skin will cause the skin to stretch. It's uncomfortable. Quite expensive, although the prices are much better than other providers. I would say it costs between 6 and 10 dollars. Not the best massager for very tight areas like neck and shoulders. It is better to use an electric percussion massager. Not suitable for facial massage unless oil is used. I can do the best acupressure without the kansa stick just by using my fingertips. I should probably return it, but I haven't decided yet.
