The most useful thing is the ability of creating custom filters/search criteria based on different field types like workflow activity etc. There are some bugs in UI which can be solved by improving UI experience or adding new features. It should have better support for mobile devices so it will become very handy tool to use while working at remote location or anywhere outside office. We mostly used this product when we were managing our kanban board (project management). This helped us create customized views to view all issues related to one particular area.
