Don't use HDMI.

This is a great TV if you want to watch terrestrial TV on your porch or on the go. This isn't the kind of TV you'll want to buy if you want to hook up a Roku or a Fire Stick. The TV's security will block the feature even if you follow all Rokus instructions to start it up. You get the Roku home screen and then when you select a movie it stops and gives you an error. The Fire Stick just boots up and says firetv and then goes to a blank screen.
