Low setting and slightly warm and bright at the highest setting. These 3000K bulbs are dimmable, yes, but they're as cold as fluorescent lights. I was disappointed but taped them shut then took an orange marker and put another layer of tape on top. I inserted them. This works well enough for my use case. They're no longer stiff, so I'm relatively happy with the end result. Other than that, the lamp design is good, installation was easy - plug it in and I can't comment on the lamp's durability.
