I like that it has so many different options for reports to view as well how you can setup your own formulas/functions in order to create custom report types.
Also is very customizable with templates which allows me to get my job done without having to spend hours manually creating all of them myself! There are some functions where there could be more customization (i.e., using formula instead of typing out every calculation needed). It does not have any built-in integrations but we do use Jira currently and that works great through their API's. We used this software primarily because our previous PM was leaving us at end of contract year and wanted an easier way to track project progress than Excel sheets were giving her.
