The sponge did not bulge.

This product is supplied in a flat vacuum bag. Wait a day for them to swell. Still flat. I tried to shake it up and one of the puffs fell loose in my hand. I needed them for a Halloween hairstyle so I took off the remaining puffs and sewed them together into one large puff.
