Water leakage through the handles

Condensation formed on the bidet handles after a short time. Now less than 2 weeks later (see picture) water is actually leaking from the controls and then dripping onto the floor (causing a water puddle problem). If it was leaking from real water lines or adapters, I could just turn off the water and replace them. This problem consists of the BIDET itself leaking from inside the control unit (something you would expect years from now, no less than 2 weeks). I love the bidet idea. I really liked how this bidet worked when not leaking. However, I cannot rate the bidet which broke inside from the start and started water damaging my house. It defeats the purpose of having one. This was my first bidet and I'm glad I have one, but not one I can't fix, water gets everywhere. Installation is only easy if you just make a cold water line. I never found the hot water cap in the box (so it wasn't included) so the hot water line had to be connected before use. Since many people have base cabinets rather than built-in or pedestal sinks, you will need to cut a hole in your cabinet for the hot water line (which I did). closet door open 24/7 which would be distasteful and annoying). So if you don't already have a drill to cut a hole in your closet, no, this isn't an easy install. To simplify installation and include all the necessary tools, they may include a hand tool for cutting holes in wooden cabinets. I used a combination of a hammer, nails, razor and knife on a half inch thick chipboard wall. All in all, the installation process ended up being smooth. It just wasn't short.
