OPAQ is easy to use and integrate with its products. The team is very friendly and helpful. Very good support from start to finish of the account and sales process, and I feel that I always get great service. Not that I dislike any of it, but I can't think of a downside. Nothing. They are very professional and do excellent work. This company is great to work with, their products are easy to integrate, and they are constantly pushing to make improvements. It was difficult getting an integration to work at the time, but their team was willing to work to make it happen. We were hoping to make changes to our infrastructure without a massive rollout, and OPAQ was willing to work their magic to do it. They were also willing to provide a demo if it seemed necessary to understand our exact needs. A great company to work for, and a good partner with whom to work. I like the ability to have my own personal login for all of my devices. It's easy to set up and use. The software has a lot of features but it's not intuitive at first glance. You need to learn how to navigate the different menus. If you are looking for an easy way to secure your network this is what you want. I am solving the problem of having to remember passwords for multiple devices.
