I haven't used it 10 times and the washcloth comes off. Hanging foam or water splashes everywhere. I have a footbath so anything that flies has a good chance of landing on a wall or the ground. Both sides are quite soft and comfortable to the touch, but I can't use them on my back because of the TOO small, slippery grip. Also, it just isn't long enough. I'm not a tall person so I think this product will be made shorter for cost reasons. It's hard to tell from the photo how long it is. Trust me, it's annoying - I wish I hadn't given up sooner. Even with the serrated grip, I find the plastic grip too flimsy and slick that I have to squeeze really hard, but I still don't feel secure with it. Since the far brush head twists the handle a lot, it should be wrapped with a cord or rubber band on all sides. The plastic handle is too small and slippery. I just use it pantingly to hold it like a hand brush and get parts easy. So it's a mistake as far as the backhand is concerned.
