Reduced 1 star based on price only. A little story in New Orleans, growing up we used to call this "Punch Tape" and it was practically free. These are leftovers from making the sequins, hence the "punching" part. A lot of glitter was used every year because of Mardi Gras, and in the "old days" there were a lot more things made in the USA. Not much these days, that explains the price. This "tape" was just a by-product and mostly rubbish. Here's a history lesson for you. Needless to say, paying that much for it annoys me. FYI, it holds up well in inclement weather but fades over time. I live in Florida and I usually get 2 vacations from an onion or whatever before I have to replace it.
