I am currently taking classes to work from home. I didn't want to pay a ton of money for one of these if I failed the course or it didn't work the way I wanted it to. I used to work in a call center but that was over twenty years ago and they gave me a headset. This one is very affordable and works really well. The sound quality is much better than my home phone. It sits well on my head and the mic is adjustable. I'm glad I went with this one because it works great and some of the others are very expensive. I regret going pink but that doesn't affect how well it works and that was my choice. First I wanted to set up my work station in the closet of the children's playroom. You won't be here while I'm on this job, so that was my plan. Well I chose to place my workspace between the kitchen and dining room which is much better. The pink is a little too light for my neutral toned area but I make sure it works. Actually I am planning to buy another one, if I like this work I will definitely buy the same brand, just black. Overall this product is great and I highly recommend it. Works great, sound quality is crisp and clear. It cancels noise and works exactly as it should.
