When wound on a 2-1/2" wide spool, this ribbon will NOT make 2-1/2" wide ribbon. It's 2 inches! Also, I unwound about 6 feet and the edges are folded in places so it would be sloppy on the spool. The glitter is very fine and will be everywhere you place the tape. On the other hand, it is wiry and suitable for decorative bows.
