I like that they are very flexible with their pricing structure, which is great to have some room in your budget. The customer service has been top notch from start to finish. They're always willing to help you out when something goes wrong! No real dislike about this product or provider so far, but if there was one thing I could change it would be more transparency into what happens after we sign up for our account (i.e. billing). It's not clear at all how much time should pass before getting billed. We signed up with them over a year ago and haven't seen any billings yet! There isn't anything bad to say here - just make sure you read everything thoroughly. Migration of an existing environment to AWS.
