Great makeup product
As usual. This is my only eye makeup remover. I haven't found anything else that I like. Removes waterproof mascara well. It's like the mixture of oil and water you might see in a bottle. Applying a small amount to a cotton swab is enough. You don't have to rub hard either. I like to buy this in bulk because I use it every day.
